Dans le cadre d'un CDI, nous recherchons un / une Référent(e) Famille H/F.
Description du poste
Concevoir, mettre en œuvre et évaluer des actions d'animation centrées autour de la famille.
Assurer un travail de collaboration avec les autres membres de l'équipe de la MPT.
Rédiger, mettre en œuvre et évaluer le projet d'activités Familles
Développement, gestion et suivi budgétaire du secteur famille.
Assure le développement du projet famille en répondant aux différents appels à projets, assure leur suivi et leur bilan.
Accueillir le public familles et renforcer le lien social et parental.
Coordination de ses actions avec celles des autres secteurs (enfance, jeunesse, médiation sociale.)
Assure la promotion des actions engagées
Développer avec les partenaires locaux des actions éducatives et de loisirs en direction du public
Participer aux réunions internes et externes de préparation et de coordination ainsi qu'aux différentes instances de réflexion du réseau Léo Lagrange.
Participe aux différentes manifestations de la MPT/CS.
Profil recherché
Expérience similaire d'au moins 2 ans en responsabilité de secteur au sein d'un centre social.
Connaissance de l'environnement local et des dispositifs liés aux politiques spécifiques à la famille
Méthodologie et gestion de projet
Pédagogie / Qualités relationnelles/ Capacité à travailler en équipe
Niveau de formation
DUT Carrières Sanitaires et Sociales / DEJEPS / BTS CESF/ DEFA / BPJEPS avec une expérience significative en animation collective du public enfance/famille
