Medtronic France est certifié Top Employer Vos missions : Rattaché au superviseur maintenance, vous assurez la maintenance préventive du site de production de Medtronic à Grenoble, de la planification au suivi de réalisation. En tant que Planificateur / Planificatrice Maintenance, vos responsabilités incluent : Superviser la maintenance de second niveau : planification, vérification et suivi des actions. Collaborer avec les techniciens et rédiger des comptes rendus réguliers. Garantir l'usage de la GMAO pour toutes les activités de maintenance et maintenir la base de données à jour. Déclencher des consultations en sous-traitance pour des interventions spécifiques (reconstruction machine, M3N, Retrofit). Identifier et proposer des améliorations pour optimiser et fiabiliser l'outil de production. Vous serez en contact direct avec les services opérationnels, maintenance, sécurité et qualité. Vos responsabilités : Respecter les procédures Qualité, HSE et réglementaires. Assurer la traçabilité des interventions dans l'outil de gestion des bons d'intervention Votre profil : Bac 2/3 (DUT, BTS, BUT, licence pro) en maintenance industrielle ou automatismes. Connaissances en automatique, électrotechnique, mécanique, hydraulique et nouvelles technologies. Maîtrise des outils informatiques et lecture de plans électriques. Méthodologie de diagnostic de pannes. Maîtrise d'Excel, Word, CAO et See Electrical Anglais B1/B2. Vos qualités personnelles : Autonomie et polyvalence Rigueur et méthodologie Capacité à travailler en équipe et partager les informations Proactivité dans l'identification d'améliorations et la résolution de problèmes Durée et lieu : Alternance de 12 ou 24 mois Poste basé à Pont-de-Claix Pourquoi Medtronic ?
