Mission Et Description De Tâches

Au sein de notre département FLOWLINE SYSTEMS vos missions couvriront plusieurs phases : réponse aux appels d’offres, études de détail, réalisation des projets.

Vous rapportez fonctionnellement au responsable du département conception des conduites sous-marines, et opérationnellement au responsable technique de ces activités sur projets.

Vous Serez Amené Notamment à Organiser Et Superviser


* Les revues de documents et de cahiers des charges techniques de nos clients, la rédaction de description des infrastructures proposées en phase d’appel d’offre ;
* La résolution des interfaces techniques avec les autres infrastructures ou les autres disciplines.
* La définition des tracés en fonctions du sol, de la bathymétrie, d’obstacles, d’approches, de méthode d’installation, de stabilité des courbes ;
* La définition de matériaux et d’équipements nécessaires tels que tubes, coudes, pièces forgées et autres équipements variés ;
* La négociation technique et le support aux achats, puis le suivi technique auprès de nos fournisseurs ;
* L’étude et la conception détaillée des conduites ;
* Les analyses de résistance à la fatigue (courants marins, démarrages et redémarrages de production, l’historique des contraintes induites dans la ligne pendant les phases d’installation, de prédémarrage ou de production).

Profil

* Issu(e) d'une formation Ingénieur (idéalement dans les domaines mécanique générale, résistance des matériaux, hydrodynamique, génie civil, génie mécanique, structure et/ou architecture navale et maritime) ;
* Vous justifiez d'une expérience de 4 ans sur un poste d’ingénieur conception de conduites sous marine ;
* Vous avez un réel intérêt pour la technique ou les grand projets multi disciplines ;
* Vous avez un bon relationnel, une bonne communication de façon à formuler et promouvoir vos solutions en interne et avec nos partenaires ;
* Vous avez un appétit pour les projets internationaux ;
* Vous parlez couramment anglais. Une autre langue est un plus.

Mission and tasks

As part of the development of our subsea flowline design department (FLOWS), we are looking for a Senior (Rigid) Pipeline Engineer.

You will join an international team of around thirty people and will be part of a project team.

Your missions will cover several phases: BIDs, detailed studies and project execution.

You will report functionally to the head of the subsea pipeline design department and operationally to the lead engineer who oversees these activities on projects.

Your Main Tasks Will Be As Follows

* The review of documents and technical specifications of our clients;
* Contribute to the definition of the technical proposal in the bidding stage;
* The active participation to engineering reviews;
* The resolution of interfaces with other infrastructures or other disciplines;
* The bill of materials and equipment needed such as pipes, elbows, forged parts;
* The detailed study and design of the pipelines;
* The detailed design of pipeline crossings configurations, span supports, spool & jumpers;
* The fatigue analyses (VIV, start-ups and restarts of production);
* The thermal expansion calculations, anchor length estimation and buckling/walking analyses of pipelines under high pressure and temperature;
* The modeling of the eventual structures for controlling buckling and axial instability phenomena related to the P/T transients ("pipeline walking");
* The return of experience from projects, the consolidation and maintenance of technical tools and keeping up with the engineering developments;
* The training and supervision of young resources.

Profile

* With an engineering degree (general mechanics, strength of materials, hydrodynamics, civil engineering, mechanical engineering, structure and/or naval and maritime architecture), you have at least 4 years of experience in the design of subsea pipelines;
* You are meticulous, attentive to details and enjoy delivering high-quality work;
* Your interpersonal skills and responsiveness allow you to thrive in diverse and multicultural teams;
* You are familiar with international standards and client specifications for subsea pipeline design;
* You have an advanced knowledge of finite element calculation tools;
* You are comfortable with numerical simulations (e.g. Abaqus), data analysis, synthesis and presentation of numerical data;
* You are able to independently develop the main tasks of subsea pipeline engineering;
* You have advanced skills in the analysis of buckling and walking phenomena;
* You know the fundamentals of the Python programming language;
* Fluency in English is essential.
