Your Responsibilities

* Customer service in French via phone (inbound/outbound), email, or chat
* Knowledge of English is sometimes required (depending on the workplace)
* Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
* Handle customer complaints, providing suitable solutions and alternatives within the given deadlines


Your Qualifications

* Native/fluent in written and spoken French(B2H-C1)
* Strong English communication skills.
* Experience in customer support, online or in person, is desirable
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Resourceful and stress-resistant personality that can adapt and stay calm in all situations
