Business trips : at least 4 times a year for the sales period
Market penetration and development:
* Develop and execute a strategic action plan to expand the assigned market and identify qualitative growth opportunities.
* Accelerate revenue growth by identifying and implementing innovative solutions.
* Establish new partnerships while strengthening relationships with key accounts.
* Explore and assess new locations to maximize market potential.
* Manage, monitor, and enhance existing partnerships.
* Expand the brand’s physical presence in key locations through shop-in-shops and soft corners.
Management of Distribution performance :
* Define budgets in line with seasonal and annual objectives.
* Plan, conduct, and follow up on customer meetings to drive sales while maintaining brand image.
* Analyze weekly and monthly sales reports to optimize business performance and maximize sales opportunities.
* Negotiate commercial terms, ensuring alignment with turnover targets, with management support.
* Conduct regular meetings with key wholesale partners.
* Perform in-depth market research to identify and prospect new clients and locations.
* Oversee payment tracking, minimize delays, and collaborate with Finance to reduce outstanding invoices and minimize level of fall out.
* Monitor deliveries weekly and coordinate with Customer Service to ensure smooth operations.
Wholesale monitoring and Brand activation:
* Conduct store visits to ensure brand image, strategy, and performance KPIs are upheld.
* Deliver seasonal training sessions for wholesale accounts to educate sales teams on product inspiration and collection highlights.
* Oversee pricing strategies and ensure adherence to discount policies.
* Guarantee brand consistency across wholesale accounts.
* Develop and initiate marketing activations and collaborations with key accounts.
Reporting & strategic coordination:
* Provide regular performance reports, including sell-out, deliveries, and payment tracking.
* Prepare post-showroom reports analyzing business and product performance.
* Conduct ongoing market benchmarking, assessing brand positioning, pricing, and competition.
* Collaborate monthly with merchandising teams to propose adjustments on collection plans based on market needs.
* Work closely with Customer Service to analyze client feedback and enhance sales performance.
* Implement and monitor key sales coordination tools.
* Oversee stock swaps, restocking, and returns.
* Ensure compliance with order-taking conditions post-showroom.
* Maintain and update the customer database.
* Develop tailored collection training for clients in partnership with merchandising.
* Support agenda management and oversee the sales campaign workflow.
Profile :
* Education: Business school degree with a specialization in luxury/wholesale.
* Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a luxury house within the wholesale sector.
* Skills:
* Strong ability to perform in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
* Excellent understanding of the luxury fashion and wholesale landscape.
* Team-oriented with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Highly autonomous, adaptable, and detail-oriented.
* Analytical mindset with a keen product sensibility.
* Ability to travel.
Languages: Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
