Job Description : ALTERNANT.E ASSISTANT.E ASSURANCE QUALITÉ SYSTÈMES & FOURNISSEURS H/F Profile Description : Au sein du service Qualité Système, dans le cadre du suivi des fournisseurs, vous participerez : - à la rédaction des cahiers des charges avec les fournisseurs, jusqu’à leurs signatures - aux audits et à l’homologation des fournisseurs - au suivi des réclamations des fournisseurs (indicateurs) - à l’évaluation annuelle des risques des fournisseurs. Dans le cadre du projet cartographie des process, vous êtes support dans la réalisation des documents de formalisation (Fiche de processus, logigramme, procédures…). Au sein du service AQS vous participez à la vie quotidienne du service (mise à jour des procédures, animation des réunions …), vous êtes en interaction avec les services support et parties prenantes, suivez et pilotez vos indicateurs d’activité. Vous intégrez une formation niveau Bac3/5, vous avez des notions des référentiels suivants : BPF, ICH, ISO (9001, 22716), et des notions en RSE. Vous êtes capable de travailler en anglais.
