Description de poste

The role: Build, Own, and Scale the XTM Hub

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to take a founding role in the development of the XTM Hub. You will work in a small, high-impact team alongside an Engineering Manager, a Product Owner, a Staff Engineer, and a Software Engineer, with direct access to our leadership.

Your mission

* Be a key builder of the XTM Hub, making it the main entry point for all Filigran products.
* Own end-to-end features: from concept to production, ensuring quality, scalability, and performance.
* Shape the technical foundations of the platform, working closely with the Engineering Manager and Staff Engineer.
* Collaborate directly with product and leadership to translate vision into a high-quality user experience.
* Lay the groundwork for scaling the team, helping structure technical processes and best practices.
* Engage with the open-source community: XTM Hub is set to become open-source, giving you the opportunity to contribute to a wider ecosystem, interact with external developers, and drive adoption.


Tech stack & Tooling

We believe in using the right tools for the job while ensuring our engineers have a modern, efficient environment to work in.

* Frontend: TypeScript, React, Next.js, GraphQL (Relay)
* Backend: Node.js, PostgreSQL, GraphQL APIs
* Infrastructure: Kubernetes, GitHub Actions
* Observability & Tooling: GitHub, Grafana

You don't need to be an expert in all of these but should be excited to work in this ecosystem and be able to ramp up quickly.
