Your role
Your role is to support the development of renewable energy projects from initial concept through to notice-to-proceed.Key tasks include:
- Support the identification of new greenfield locations for Neoen's wind, solar and battery energy projects in Western Australia.
- Use project management and contract management skills to manage tasks, deadlines and priorities.
- Coordinate with engineering consultants, environmental specialists and other consultants to ensure deliverable quality and timeline adherence.
- Support the development of projects in all aspects with various local stakeholders.
- Assess, and participate in public and private tenders for the procurement of electricity and generation certificates.
- Support the planning and environmental approvals for greenfield projects including environmental impact statements, environment protection and biodiversity conservation applications for project development.
- Support development activities across engineering, design, grid, pre-construction and financing of projects.
- Engage with landholders, stakeholders, planning authorities, project owners, Traditional Owners and the wider local community.
