We’re looking for a strategic, client-focused Delivery Manager / Head of Delivery to lead the successful delivery of digital projects across key accounts. This is a senior role for someone who thrives at the intersection of project leadership, team development, and client success.


You’ll be responsible for overseeing ecommerce project health, driving value-led outcomes, and managing profitability. You’ll also coach and support a team of Project Managers—ensuring high standards, efficient delivery practices, and a strong team culture.


What you’ll be doing:


* Leading delivery for complex, multi-stream client engagements
* Building strong client relationships and ensuring long-term satisfaction
* Managing project risk, scope, financial performance, and forecasting
* Coaching and developing project managers across multiple accounts
* Driving continuous improvement across delivery standards and practices


What we’re looking for:


* Proven experience in senior delivery or project management roles
* Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
* Solid commercial acumen (budgeting, SOWs, profitability)
* Experience in digital/tech environments with distributed teams
