Assistant(e) service à la clientèle - administration des ventes

Main Functions

Intégré(e) au sein de l’équipe ADV, vous assurez la gestion complète des commandes, depuis leur réception jusqu’à la livraison chez le client. Vous êtes en contact avec les différents interlocuteurs internes et externes afin de garantir un suivi rigoureux et une livraison conforme.

À ce titre, vos principales missions sont les suivantes :

- Contrôler et enregistrer les commandes clients,
- Suivre l’avancement de la fabrication et de la mise à disposition des produits en lien avec les services concernés, et tenir les clients informés,
- Organiser les expéditions intra-européennes et export, en veillant au respect des exigences documentaires et logistiques,
- Créer et/ou mettre à jour les fiches clients dans le système,
- Assurer le reporting des ventes et de la facturation,
- Participer aux inventaires de produits finis,
- Contribuer aux opérations d’importation de produits,
- Vérifier les factures de transport,
- Réceptionner et traiter les appels clients,
- Mettre à jour, développer et créer des outils de suivi et des indicateurs liés à l’activité.
