Founded in 1988, Excelia is one of France's leading higher education groups. With an international focus, it encompasses a business school, a tourism school, and a communication school. The group has 6,500 students across its three campuses: La Rochelle, Centre-Val de Loire (Tours-Orléans), and Paris-Cachan. Since 2017, the French Ministry of Higher Education and Research has recognized Excelia as an EESPIG (Private Higher Education Institution of General Interest), acknowledging the group’s public-interest mission.

Excelia Business School is a member of the Conférence des Grandes Écoles (CGE) and is ranked among the top business schools nationally and internationally. It holds the prestigious AACSB, EQUIS, and AMBA accreditations.

The school is strongly committed to research. Its active and dynamic faculty of 110 permanent teacher-researchers is organized into five teaching and research departments. Excelia focuses on three interdisciplinary research areas: Sustainable Development and CSR, Tourism Management, and Agility, Innovation, and Digitalization (AID).

Since 1999, sustainable development has been a strategic pillar of both research and teaching at Excelia. The school conducts research with a strong societal impact, particularly through its CSR-focused research institute, the IRSI (Institute for Societal Responsibility through Innovation). The IRSI has established three main objectives: advancing research in management sciences related to CSR and sustainable development, promoting CSR through organizational support and student education, and contributing to the evolution of societal responsibility frameworks.

As part of its development, the Marketing Department (MKG) is seeking External adjunct faculty members to deliver occasional courses at the Bachelor’s and Master’s levels.

Teaching assignments may cover, for example, the following topics:

* Marketing fundamentals and strategic marketing

* Market research, data marketing, and consumer insights

* Digital marketing, omnichannel communication, e-commerce, and customer acquisition

* Artificial intelligence and marketing automation

* Services marketing and innovation marketing

* Consumer behavior, customer experience, and CRM

* Sales, negotiation, business development, and sales management

* B2B marketing, B2B2C marketing, and key account management

* Complex negotiation, buying center management, and complex project sales

* Brand management, merchandising, and Retail/Distribution Management

* International and cross-cultural marketing

* Responsible marketing and sustainable consumption

* Sector-specific marketing (tourism, hospitality, destinations, real estate, luxury)

Instructors may be required to deliver a full course or part of a course, depending on their expertise and availability, and in accordance with our academic standards and accreditation guidelines.

MISSIONS

Responsibilities may include, depending on the assigned workload:

* Preparing and delivering courses (fully or partially)

* Supervising and supporting students in their projects and coursework

* Contributing to the design of exam topics and student assessment

* Entering grades into the academic system

PROFILE

We are looking for candidates:

* Holders of a Ph.D. or Ph.D. candidates in management science

Or

* Experienced professionals with recognized expertise in the aforementioned fields, currently working in industry or with significant consulting experience with businesses

* Able to teach in French and/or English
