Responsibilities & leadership to drive full M&A process on selected strategic targets :

Identification, sourcing, and execution of M&A transactions.

We will count on you to :

Drive full M&A process on selected strategic targets: identification, sourcing, and execution of M&A transactions.

Source and identify potential opportunities in line with our new 4-year strategic plan.

Gather, analyze, and present information on potential acquisition targets.

Participate in all aspects of the full transaction cycle: financial modeling, project structuring, LOI, due diligence, contract negotiations, transaction management.

Prepare financial models, target valuation, and conduct sensitivity and scenario analyses to support investment decisions.

Build balanced relationships with business stakeholders and counterparts involved in negotiations.

Qualifications :

Strong academic background: Masters in a numerical discipline (Business, Finance, Econometrics, Engineering, etc.).

The ideal candidate will have an international background with 3 to 5 years of experience in corporate M&A, investment banking, or transaction services.

Extensive experience with Excel/Google Sheets and presentation tools (storytelling skills).

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with diverse stakeholders.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French; Spanish is a plus.

Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.

Hands-on, agile, and flexible.

Additional considerations : General industry knowledge and curiosity are advantageous.
