About the role

This role involves:

* Serving as a senior leader, acting as the CEO of a key R&D digital product portfolio, defining product strategies, leading a high-performing team, and fostering innovation.
* Being a key member of the R&D Accelerator leadership team, driving transformation and promoting an agile mindset across the ecosystem.

You will:

Main Responsibilities

* Collaborate with stakeholders to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap
* Lead the entire product lifecycle from ideation to optimization
* Prioritize features, manage resources, ensure timely delivery using Agile
* Build and mentor a talented team
* Ensure product differentiation and key features
* Report on business impact to executives
* Support diversity and talent development in partnership with HR
* Disseminate best practices in Agile and product management


About you

You should have:

* Experience leading high-performing teams in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment, preferably within R&D or product development
* Deep understanding of the product lifecycle
* Experience with Agile methodologies
* Knowledge of AI/ML principles
* Ability to conduct market research and customer analysis
* Proven track record in defining and executing product strategies
* Familiarity with R&D processes
* Talent in recruiting, developing, and retaining top talent

* Master's degree in computer science or related field
