Vous travaillerez au sein du Service Communication qui est en charge de développer, coordonner et diffuser la communication afin de valoriser l’image de l’entreprise, renforcer la cohésion interne et assurer une information claire et cohérente auprès de l’ensemble des collaborateurs.
Au quotidien, vos missions principales sont les suivantes :
1. Elaboration et suivi d’un plan de communication annuel
2. Gestion quotidienne d’un SharePoint
3. Développement et mise en œuvre d’initiatives pour améliorer l’expérience collaborateur
4. Création et animations de supports visuels / vidéos
5. Organisation d’événements
6. Gestion des prestataires
7. Gestion des canaux de communication internes et externes
8. Gestion et coordination des activités liées à la QVT
Ce dont vous aurez besoin pour réussir :
9. Diplôme de niveau Bac+2, Bac +3 en Communication / Evènementiel / Stratégie de com / Stratégie digitale et réseaux
10. L'autonomie, l'esprit d'équipe, la curiosité, l'adaptabilité, la réactivité et la créativité font parties de vos caractéristiques
11. Vous maitrisez ces outils informatiques : Pack Office, Canva, SharePoint, Réseaux sociaux, IA
