About the Role

As Key Account Manager, you'll be at the forefront of expanding their client's footprint in the industrial sector. Across the European, you'll manage key accounts and drive new business opportunities in a dynamic, high-growth market.

Key Responsibilities:

Key Account Management:

* Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients across the industrial market.
* Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
* Collaborate with technical teams to deliver tailored solutions.
* Monitor market trends and customer feedback to inform strategy.

New Business Development

* Identify and pursue new clients in the industrial Sector.
* Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
* Lead negotiations and close new deals.
* Represent the company at industry events and trade shows.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

* Work with marketing, R&D, and supply chain teams to align commercial goals.
* Provide customer insights to support product development.

Reporting & Forecasting

* Maintain accurate CRM records and sales pipeline data.
* Deliver regular performance reports to senior leadership.

What We're Looking For

* Proven experience in sales or business development within the Water Testing or Microbial Testing markets.
* Strong background in key account management and client relationship building.
* Strong track record of network in the Industrial markets across Europe.
* Excellent prospecting and negotiation skills.
* Fluent in French and English.
* Willingness to travel across Europe.
