Quelle sera votre contribution et comment vous épanouir dans ce poste ?

Within the framework of Air Liquide Healthcare World Business Line (WBL) and reporting to the VP Market access and evidence, the Medical Affairs Director will contribute to the achievement of the company’s objectives by creating the Medical Affairs Plan to support the deployment of Air Liquide Healthcare WBL programs and offers in the respiratory therapeutic areas.

The Medical Affairs Director will provide medical and scientific expertise on new projects, lead engagement with external medical and scientific communities, and coordinate dissemination of scientific communications externally.

Medical expertise & education :

* Develops and maintains scientific and medical expertise.
* Provides Disease State Education, clinical presentations, and responds to medical requests.
* Provides medical expertise on new key WBL projects, new product/offers definition, and development.

KOL & Scientific community engagement :

* Leads the relationship with the medical and scientific community, including Global and Regional Medical Societies, professional organizations, opinion leaders (OLs), and healthcare providers.
* Creates OLs mapping and engagement plans, updating internal stakeholders on interactions.

Evidence generation :

* Identifies opportunities for strategic development through activities such as literature screening, scientific events, conferences, Opinion Leaders network, scientific advisory boards, and expert panels.
* Contributes to the Evidence Generation Plan and supports clinical research and investigations, including study design, execution, and scientific result assessment.

Evidence dissemination :

* Attends scientific meetings and conferences, supporting the development of data summaries, presentations, and symposia.
* Creates medical and scientific communication plans for programs, including advisory boards, congress symposia, hospital meetings, and speaker programs.

Material creation :

* Provides medical and scientific content for marketing and communication materials.
* Reviews and approves promotional and communication materials aimed at the scientific and medical community.

Clinical support to regulatory affairs :

* Supports regulatory activities with clinical expertise for market authorization applications and pharmacovigilance.
* Ensures compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
* Manages medical information.

Are you the right fit for this role?
