QLM Search is partnering with a Branded, North American beverage group that is looking to expand its footprint across the retail channel in France.
To lead this growth, they have created a Head of Sales- Retail Channel role. This is a hands-on role with full accountability to deliver this growth, from 0-10m Euro.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the commercial strategy within the assigned cluster of countries aiming to build the brand and a long-term growth strategy.
* Create and Develop strong relationships with key retail customers, aiming to gain listing and share of shelf and brand visibility within top grocery Key Accounts
* Collaborate with the local distributors to execute the strategy, maximize the portfolio distribution and in store visibility.
* Manage the local promo strategy and the customer P&L, delivering against the Sales, Margin and Profit targets.
* Cooperate US stakeholders to ensure the business is meeting their needs and driving customer satisfaction.
* Analyse market trends, customer insights and competitor activities to create new business opportunities and develop strategies to maximize sales potential.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal departments including marketing, operations, finance, human resources and supply chain to ensure alignment and collaboration across the business.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales promotions, marketing campaigns and product launches.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience operating as a Head of Sales within a challenger branded beverage manufacturer.
* Long track record of delivering growth in an entrepreneurial environment
* Exceptional relationship building skills, with the ability to create, build and maintain effective partnerships with key retailers, distributors and internal stakeholders.
* Strong understanding of the S&OP cycle and ability to interact with Supply Chain, F&A, IT, to build an effective sales process and top customer service level
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyse market trends and customer insights to identify new business opportunities.
