The Department
The 'Real Estate Advisory' department aims to be the preferred partner for financial management teams in the real estate investment sector, throughout the investment cycle, ensuring the quality and availability of financial and management information.

Our Missions and Clients
Working directly within the financial departments of our clients (institutional investors, investment funds, management companies), you will help ensure the continuity of financial functions and assist in transformation projects.

Your Role
You will support companies on various projects, including:

* Operational support to financial departments:
o Preparation of financial statements and periodic reports for real estate funds
o Assistance with consolidated accounts and multi-reference reporting (PCG, IFRS & US GAAP)
* Operational projects and innovative solutions in a consulting approach:
o Support for transformation and digitization projects in Finance
o Streamlining and redesign of internal processes and reporting formats
o AMOA during new ERP integration (e.g., YARDI)
o Strategic support for acquisitions, disposals, and special operations
o Assistance with regulatory and normative changes
o Finance function reorganization
o Change management and project mode management
Throughout your missions, you will explore different organizations, tools (ERP, accounting software, management tools), and projects within a company. You will interact with various stakeholders such as asset managers, property administrators, financial controllers, portfolio management companies, foreign holdings, M&A departments, consolidation services, auditors, notaries.

Recognized and demanding professional, you will also benefit from knowledge sharing within the firm and, if desired, support to complete your accounting expertise journey.

While evolving in demanding environments, you aspire to grow beyond operational production and consulting, aiming to join the managerial team.

As a Consultant Manager, beyond operational missions, you will participate in organizing, leading, and developing the department (supporting colleagues daily, evolving service offerings, leading missions, participating in internal events and projects).

Your Profile

With a BAC+5 degree (business school, accounting specialization, or university), you have at least 3 years of experience (for senior consultant) or 6 years (for manager), ideally in audit/consulting firms or in a financial management role within the real estate investment sector, giving you strong technical skills.

Your sense of responsibility, customer service orientation, adaptability, and organizational skills will enable you to handle missions autonomously and proactively.

Your English is operational, and you have good knowledge of MS Office. Knowledge of ERP systems and IFRS standards is an asset.
