Résumé du poste L'Agent d'Etages Runner (H/F) assure un service de qualité pour satisfaire la clientèle et n'hésite pas à aller au-delà des attentes du client pour répondre à tous ses besoins. Il aura pour missions principales de: Répondre rapidement à chaque demande venant de « At your service/ business center » et/ou du service Housekeeping et dans le délai convenu. Réception et livraisons des fax et autres objets. Inventaire et stockage des fournitures "At your service". Maintenir en bon état les fournitures et équipements et tenir informé le centre « At your service » de la disponibilité de l'équipement destiné aux clients. S'assurer que cet équipement est prêt pour une livraison immédiatement assurer la livraison selon les procédures en vigueur. Inventaire et localisation de tous les produits de l'accueil. Suivre chaque demande venant de la direction et des services d'accueil. Savoir effectuer plusieurs tâches à la fois. Offrir un accueil excellent. Apprécier l'esprit d'équipe.
