Nous sommes la filiale française d’un grand groupe chimique international. Notre usine est située sur la zone industrielle de Port Jérôme, à 35 minutes de route du Havre, et à 45 minutes de Rouen. Nous fabriquons des noirs de carbone, matière première essentielle aux industries du pneumatique, du caoutchouc et de la plasturgie.

Au sein d'une équipe de quart (fonctionnement en 5x8) de 6 personnes, et sous l'autorité du chef de quart, vous occupez le poste d'opérateur de production. Vous participez à la gestion de plusieurs unités de production de noir de carbone et développez votre polyvalence.

Vous réalisez cette mission avec professionnalisme, convivialité et dans le respect des consignes et procédures sécurité du site, implanté sur la zone industrielle de Port Jérôme en Seine Maritime.

Responsabilités liées à la fonction

Vous êtes plus particulièrement chargé de :

• Conduire les installations de production de produits chimiques dans le respect des instructions de travail, des modes opératoires et des plans de contrôles qualité,
• Ajuster les paramètres de l’installation et mettre en œuvre les procédures liées aux démarrages et aux arrêts des installations,
• Surveiller les paramètres de fonctionnement et agir en fonction des situations de façon à maintenir les conditions opératoires requises,

• Réaliser des tests de contrôle qualité permettant de s’assurer du bon fonctionnement du procédé,

• Réaliser des opérations de maintenance de 1er niveau sur les équipements,
• Soutenir les efforts de l'usine en matière de qualité, d’hygiène, de sécurité et d’environnement.

Conditions requises

Formation : Diplôme d'Opérateur dans l'Industrie Chimique (le Brevet d'opérateur serait un plus) + une première expérience dans une fonction similaire au sein d'une industrie de process à fonctionnement continu (5x8).

Langue parlée : Français impératif
