Location: Lyon, France | Hybrid (3 days on-site, 2 remote)


Coders Connect is partnering with Sanofi to transform pharmaceutical manufacturing through AI, automation, and digital innovation. We are looking for Product Owners who think differently—those who love solving complex problems, challenging outdated ways of working, and pushing boundaries in digital manufacturing.

Requirements

* A strategic and hands-on leader – You see the big picture but are not afraid to dive into details.

* Entrepreneurial and impact-driven – You are proactive, adaptable, and committed to making meaningful change.
* Experienced in product management or digital innovation – Whether you have worked in manufacturing, biotech, or industrial tech, what matters most is your ability to drive impact, not just the number of years on your CV.
* Fluent in English
