Stage - département patrimoine et archives h/f

Début : juillet 2025

Durée : 6 mois


Rattaché au service Patrimoine & Archives de la Maison Christian Louboutin, le/la stagiaire participera à l’élaboration et à la mise en œuvre de la politique d’archivage de la Maison Christian Louboutin.


En mission principale, Il/elle collaborera également aux versements & inventaires des pièces d’archives (souliers / maroquinerie etc…) :

* Prise de photographies
* Constat d’état des pièces
* Alimentation de la base de données
* Campagnes de reconditionnement
* Aide à la rédaction de fiches de présentation


Il/elle assurera la gestion des archives documentaires (parutions, dessins, photographies, documents digitaux, etc…) :

* Collecte, tri & inventaire
* Dématérialisation / numérisation
* Classement et indexation informatique
* Reconditionnement
* Participation à la création d’un fonds documentaire et iconographique / contrôle et corrections


Profil:

- En cours de formation en documentation, bibliothèque ou archives

- Notions des normes d’archivage

- Maitrise des outils informatiques

- Capacités rédactionnelles et esprit de synthèse

- Bonne organisation

- Sens du travail en équipe et capacité d’autonomie

- Intérêt pour l’histoire de l’Art et de la Mode

- Anglais courant, une autre langue est un plus

- Une première expérience dans une Maison de luxe serait un plus

Niveau(x) d'études :

A partir de Bac +3 - licence Pro - Bac +2 - BTS/DUT ou plus – spécialisation archives ou bibliothèque / documentation (minimum).
