* Deliver outstanding customer service to Norwegian-speaking clients through multiple channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
* Efficiently address customer inquiries and troubleshoot issues to ensure satisfaction.
* Stay informed about our products and services to provide accurate and relevant information to customers.
* Document customer interactions diligently in the company’s CRM system.
* Collaborate with team members to foster a supportive work environment and improve service processes.
* Participate in training sessions to continuously develop skills and enhance service delivery.
* Share ideas for optimizing the customer experience and operational efficiency.
Requirements
* Fluent in Norwegian, both written and spoken.
* English is required, both spoken and written
* Strong communication skills with a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
* Effective problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
* Previous experience in customer service or a similar field is preferred.
* Comfortable using CRM systems and customer support platforms.
* Enthusiasm for learning and adapting to new cultural experiences.
