Your future role
Start your #LactalisExperience within the Group Purchasing Department and contribute to the consistent deployment of the purchasing strategy across the entire Lactalis industrial network.
Within the Global Indirect Procurement organization, you manage a global purchasing scope of approximately €50M, covering critical process equipment (CAPEX) and their associated maintenance (MRO).
This is a global and highly visible position, playing a central role in the Group’s industrial performance and long‑term competitiveness.
Among your main responsibilities, you will:
* Define and deploy Group CAPEX and MRO purchasing strategies
* Lead strategic purchasing projects: sourcing, negotiation, contracting
* Harmonize and internationalize purchasing practices
* Manage supplier performance and risk
* Secure investments and operations in partnership with Industrial teams
* Develop the international Purchasing network
* Integrate sustainability objectives into your projects
The position is based in Laval (53) and requires frequent international travel (10–30% of the time).

Your profile
With a Master’s degree in Purchasing, Engineering, or Industrial Management, you have at least 5 years of solid experience in CAPEX, MRO, or industrial equipment purchasing, ideally in an international environment.
You know how to structure purchasing categories, clarify complex scopes, and implement governance models that ensure alignment across the Group’s regions.
Comfortable in technical environments, you lead major sourcing projects, challenge supplier proposals, and influence local and regional teams without direct hierarchical links.
Value‑driven, you effectively use key purchasing levers and sustainably improve supplier performance.
Fluency in English and in French is essential; proficiency in another language would be an asset.
