Description du poste Fonction EXPERTISE SOLUTION Power BI / Business Intelligence Manager H/F Type de contrat CDI Localisation du poste Europe, France, PUTEAUX Temps de travail Temps complet Description de la mission PURPOSE / MISSION Under the responsibility of the department Manager as a part of the Transverse Department, his role is to manage and animate a developer and support team for the various business units of the company (Equipment, Transit, Port, Shipping, Logistics, HR, …). The DATA&BI reporting team using Power BI as the main reporting and dashboarding tool for the whole company. His mission is to build and integrate data reporting and dashboarding solutions but also to conduct and support Business Key-users ( Data stewards ) with IT project leaders in charge of developing these solutions Main activities : • Understand business needs in collaboration with stakeholders and his team members • Organize the design of high-performance and efficient data models (data modeling) to deliver interactive reports and dashboards on Power BI • Participate with the teams responsible for data integration into existing storage and retrieval structures within the framework of a medallion architecture-organization. • Structure the implementation of data automation and update mechanisms and organize their monitoring with the teams responsible for MCO. • Guarantee the quality, reliability, and security of the data provided. • Manage the documentation of deliverables in accordance with a shared project management approach with the various stakeholders. • Provide support for business intelligence solutions in collaboration with dedicated teams, including leading level 3 resolutions (tool expertise, problem handling, and complex needs). • Support business key users on the Microsoft data and BI tools used by the group (Power BI, peripheral tools and components, and Power Platform). • Participate with others. department managers to lead teams to propose solutions that meet business needs and the architecture of the group's information system Profil Significant experience (10 year or more) in DATA and BI • Good communication and teamwork skills as a leader, • Initiative, stress resistance • Teamwork, analytical mind, rigor, autonomy, pro-activity • Solid knowledge of Data governance and Business Intelligence I concepts • Valid experience in project management, particularly in Agile methodology, • Proficiency in Microsoft dashboard & reporting tools ( Power BI, Power Platform, fabric, SQL Server & Cloud architecture ) Power Automate, Power Apps, or Azure Data Services is a plus • Experience in relational databases and data storage systems ( SQL Server, Azure, SharePoint, etc.), • Knowledge of data modeling (star schema, Fabric, snowflake, etc.) and associated tools in a Microsoft cloud environment .
