Nous recherchons pour le compte de notre client, entreprise à dimension internationale de renom dans le domaine aéronautique, un ou une Functional Operation Leader ERP SAP S/4 Hana (F/H)(F/H)
📍Localisation : Marseille

You will be part of a team (9 people) developing the Operations Transformation department. In charge of developing and transforming processes, tools and ways of working, for all programs, within Operations Metiers, paving the way for a deep digital transformation of the company.
Key Responsibilities
1/ E2E Integration & Consistency: Ensure cross-functional integration (E2E for ED perimeter and cross-Directorates ED, ES, EX, ET, EF…), maintaining E2E consistency with newERP goals to simplify, harmonize, and standardize worldwide processes and solutions.
2/ Solution Design & Standards: Ensure solutions are designed based on transformation and business needs (Standardization, Harmonization, Simplification) while adhering to IM standards.
3/ Cross-Domain Coordination: Assist the Integrated Business Solution (IBS) team in managing cross-domain issues, ensuring solutions are valuable at the company level.
4/ Decision Management: Prepare, review, and validate Key Design Decisions, Functional and Technical Integration Points, and deliver/validate E2E processes.
5/Transversal Topic Management: Coordinate transversal topics (Integration Points) involving at least three IBS or two IBS and one Cross Functional Solution (CFS).
6/ Delivery and Support: Ensure PI deliveries according to planning, support the stream Functional Design & Architecture, and support IBS in business requirement definition and solution proposal consistency checks.
7/ Communication & Escalation: Coordinate roadmaps with non-ERP projects (SC Resilience, SPART) and escalate topics where no solution or consensus can be found to the Program.
Required Qualifications
1/ Education: Master Degree in Business Administration, IT, Engineering, or a similar field.
2/ Experience:
At least 10 years of work experience in manufacturing engineering, manufacturing, or related IT application management.Proven expertise in complex Project Management, preferably using Agile methodologies (SAFe, Scrum).
3/ Domain Expertise:
Strong functional knowledge of SAP.
Experience or knowledge of SAP S/4 Hana and EWM.
Cross-functional experience (Industry, Spares, MRO, Design, Finances, etc.).
Skills:
1/ Ability to understand and capture business needs in a complex environment.
2/ Excellent communication, influencing, and synthesis skills.
3/ Fluent in both French and English.
