Le/La Chargé(e) de Support Projet (PSO) est responsable du bon déroulement des activités administratives liées à la documentation des projets, à la gestion des contrats, ainsi qu'à la logistique des projets et des personnes. Ce rôle est essentiel pour assurer l'organisation, la conformité et la livraison dans les délais des objectifs des projets.

missions :
The Project Support Officer (PSO) is accountable for ensuring the smooth execution of administrative activities related to project
documentation, contract management and project and personal logistics. This role is key to maintaining project organization,
compliance, and timely delivery of projects objectives. The Project Support Officer (PSO) will be assisting 5 directors of the
Research & Development division (4 based in Libourne and 1 in the United Kingdom).
Your
profile :
Education / Degree Degree or equivalent in Executive Assistant; Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
Recommended experience needed Confirmed experience as an executive assistant or administrative manage, with experience in an international and multicultural environment.
