Garantme est une Insurtechbasé à Paris qui construit et distribue des solutions d'assurance simples, innovantes et compréhensibles afin de simplifier la gestion locative dans l'immobilier.

Notre activité s'articule autour de trois produits principaux :
- La caution, qui consiste à se porter garant pour des locataires afin de leur faciliter l'accès au logement.
- La garantie de loyer impayé (GLI), qui protège les propriétaires contre les impayés et les dégradations.
- Un logiciel SaaS dédié aux agences immobilières, permettant de digitaliser le parcours locataire : suivi des candidatures par appartement, évaluation de l'éligibilité financière, centralisation des pièces justificatives, et bien plus encore.

En 8 ans, Garantme est devenu le leader sur le marché de l'immobilier, en assurant90 000 locationsen France et en sécurisant les loyers de plus de5000 agencesimmobilières et résidences étudiantes.

Avec déjà trois levées de fondsau compteur, l'équipe continue de renforcer sa tech, lancer de nouveaux produits d'assurance et accélérer son déploiement commercial. Descriptif du poste

Garantme's data team is seeking a high quality data engineer to boost its forces. We are looking for someone who will have a huge impact on designing and delivering data analytics/science/engineering solutions.

A good profile for this position is someone who has good skills and experience in data analytics (closer to the business side of things - reporting in SQL or python scripts), and broader skills in data engineering (data pipelines, deployments, data flows, Python based applications, LLMs/AI work).

Main responsibilities include :

- Collaborate with department leads to design and deliver key business analyses
- Support the insurance team by conducting actuarial analyses in coordination with our partner insurers and the Head of Insurance
- Lead the development and integration of AI-powered features
- Ensure the long-term scalability of our technical stack by working with developers and QAs on data model evolution and new feature implementation
- Partner with PMs and designers to challenge the product and push for the best possible user experience
- Work with fellow tech team members to improve daily operations, internal processes, and the overall delivery workflow

The Team

The data team currently consists of three members, each involved in multiple areas of the data ecosystem.

We collaborate daily with other tech teams-including developers, QAs, the automation and support teams, and designers-to build new features and improve internal processes.

Our main business stakeholders are the Risk and Finance teams, with whom we develop tools and reports to support strategic, data-driven analysis.

Mid-sized to larger projects are tackled using what we call pizza teams. A pizza team is created by picking a PM, data team members, developers and QAs. This temporary team's job is to stay focused, share information and ship the project.

The team works really hard to keep high standards:

- Best practices in delivery
- Robust code reviews
- Fluid communication, share knowledge and information at the right time
- Ship fast and fail fast - keep a high velocity to allow innovation or discovery on the product side. Note technical debt and resolve in a timely fashion.
- Alternative design thinking - engineer good temporary solutions when needed to balance quality / time to prod
