This is a newly created leadership role with a fast-growing enterprise software vendor specialising in performance management and financial planning solutions. Backed by strong financial investment and a global growth strategy, the company is expanding its footprint in France and is seeking a senior commercial leader to drive this next phase of development. The business offers a modern, cloud-native EPM platform and is gaining strong traction across enterprise clients in Europe. The role is ideally based in Paris and will be instrumental in shaping the company’s go-to-market strategy in the region.


What will I be doing?

* Lead, coach, and grow a team of Account Executives focused on new business and strategic account expansion.
* Define and execute the regional sales strategy in alignment with global objectives.
* Build strong relationships with key enterprise clients and prospects across sectors.
* Drive pipeline generation, deal progression, and revenue growth across the French market.
* Collaborate with marketing, pre-sales, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
* Report directly to senior global leadership and contribute to broader commercial planning.
* Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.

This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a scale-up environment and is motivated by building and leading high-performing teams.


What skills and profile will I need?

* Proven experience in enterprise software sales, ideally within the EPM, FP&A, or broader finance technology space.
* A strong track record of leading and developing sales teams in the French market.
* Deep understanding of the enterprise sales cycle, particularly in SaaS environments.
* Excellent leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
* A strategic mindset with the ability to execute tactically and drive results.
* Fluency in English.
* A passion for innovation, growth, and building something meaningful.
