Job Description

Under the supervision of an experienced project manager, you will coordinate the installation and commissioning of new imaging equipment at our clients' sites. Your role is crucial in ensuring the success of the partnership between Philips and its clients, by ensuring equipment is installed and commissioned as per agreed conditions.


Responsibilities:

* Assess client site configuration needs, budgets, and timelines during pre-sales phase.
* Manage installation projects of products and systems at client sites, adhering to contractual obligations and constraints.
* Participate in managing teams responsible for achieving project objectives, aligned with client expectations.
* Prepare project schedules, allocate internal and external resources, oversee execution, and monitor budget, timeline, and risks.
* Contribute to tender processes and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.


Team and Location

You will be part of the Project Management team, reporting to the Project Management Lead. You will work closely with the District Manager, Sales Engineers, Service Director, and Technical Managers. The position is based in the Lyon region, with travel expected within the sector.


Candidate Profile

* Enrolled in Bac+2/3 engineering school or equivalent.
* Available for a 3-year apprenticeship starting August/September 2025.
* Ideally have some project management experience.
* Curious, pragmatic, well-organized, and good at planning.
* Strong team spirit and customer-oriented mindset.
* Proficient in written and spoken English.
* Valid driving license (Permis B) is mandatory.
