MISSIONS

The Infra Site Supervisor's mission is to manage the site, in coordination with the Works Supervisor and the various trades. They must ensure construction works meet schedules and the commitments undertaken.


CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Team management
2. Complete onboarding of employees, temporary staff and sub-contractors and verify authorizations (French Certificate of Fitness for Safe Driving (CACES))
3. Present the building site, its challenges, risks and the construction works to be completed to employees
4. Organize and plan the missions and the work of the teams, based on building site requirements and progress
5. Support teams’ professionalization and upskilling and manage HR processes within the scope they are responsible for
6. Encourage professional best practices and govern improper conduct

Further responsibilities include building site preparation, installation, supervision, monitoring, handover, and ensuring quality, prevention, security, and environmental standards are met, as detailed in the original description.


SPECIFIC ACTIVITIES

Activities vary by specialization, including pipe works, demolition/decontamination, rail works, earthworks, and roads, each with detailed tasks outlined in the original description.


JOB REQUIREMENTS

Significant experience as a Team Leader, necessary authorizations depending on the specific role, and safety training standards are required.


WORK ENVIRONMENT

Reporting line: WORKS SUPERVISOR. Internal and external relations involve engineering consultants, subcontractors, clients, suppliers, and local residents.


VOTRE PROFIL

Formation: Bac + 2 DUT/BTS en travaux publics idéalement.

Expérience: Expérience significative dans le même domaine d’action.

Compétences: Autonomie, sens de l'organisation, travail en équipe, respect des règles de sécurité et d’environnement.
