To support their expansion in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, they are looking for a Senior Account Executive (German Native Speaker) to strengthen their European sales team and structure the company's presence in the DACH region.
You will play a key role in driving growth, managing the full sales cycle, and representing the company's brand in the German-speaking market.
Your mission, should you choose to accept it:
- Develop and manage your client portfolio across the entire sales process: prospecting, demos, negotiation, and closing.
- Identify and engage new business opportunities through outbound and inbound strategies ( 60% outbound).
- Manage short and dynamic sales cycles (from 1 week to 4 months depending on project scope).
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to adapt the sales approach to each target segment.
- Support brand visibility by translating and creating content, attending trade shows, and representing the company at professional events.
- Gather market insights to help shape commercial strategy and local positioning.
- Work closely with internal teams (Customer Success, Product, and Operations) to ensure smooth handover and client satisfaction.
