Position details

We are seeking for our NORD – PAS DE CALAIS agency in DOUAI (59), under the authority of the head of works, to manage construction projects across various sectors such as public and private facilities, housing, and infrastructure (V.R.D.).


Responsibilities

1. Provide directives to companies to ensure compliance with costs, deadlines, and quality standards as per contracts.
2. Perform project management tasks including OPC missions as assigned by clients.
3. Coordinate with engineers and specialists for study reviews and project conformity.
4. Manage financial aspects such as verifying quotes, preparing change orders, and processing payment requests.


Candidate profile

Must have a higher education qualification with at least three years of experience in project supervision and execution, preferably within a BET or general contracting firm. Strong interpersonal, writing, autonomous, reactive, and rigorous skills are essential, along with proficiency in computer tools. Knowledge of public procurement procedures and construction markets is required; additional legal and litigation knowledge is a plus.
