ROLE / MISSION
You will ensure and maximize the recruitment of prospective students to meet the admission objectives for each of the courses in the program portfolio.
In close relationship with the Group's Marketing Department, you participate actively in promotional activities.
You ensure to follow-up and advise all prospective students from beginning to end (telephone prospecting, orientation appointments, commercial follow-up by email and telephone).
You ensure a high-quality report on the whole process using our CRM tool. In addition to prospecting students, you ensure progress and follow-up of all the stages of the admission process. You always have an eye on how to improve commercial procedures.
You will also oversee the recruitment of international students, here are some of your tasks:
• Participate in managing the promotion of the school
• Ensure the implementation of admission procedures
• Respect the application of internal procedures
• Participate in the recruitment actions of candidates and ensure the administrative processing of candidates / prospects (update of the CRM, verification of files, required documents etc.)
• Reception, advice and follow-up of candidates (phone, email, onsite…)
• Management of prospect databases and online applications, sending documentation and, follow-up;
• Organization and management of the candidate admission process: receipt of calls and follow-up of potential candidates, preparation and processing of admissions files, then registration;
• Update of databases of prospects, candidates, sending documentation, follow-up
• Assistance in the organization of events at IUM for promotion and students recruitment
PROFILE / SKILLS
• A prior sales experience in which communication and relationship development are key, ideally within an academic background, is required.
• To manage transversal administrative tasks
• Bac +3 minimum, Bac + 5 desired
• Excellent level of English and French, a 3rd language is an asset
• Mastery of Excel, Word, practice of a CRM desired
• Autonomy and rigor, commercial mindset and ability to bring innovative ideas
• Open-minded, adaptable, strong listening skills
• Practical mind
• Strong persuasion, negotiation and communication skills
• Organized and sharp eye for detail
