Main responsibilities: Design and optimize oral formulations from preclinical through regulatory filing, including manufacturing processes from laboratory to industrial scale Lead or supervise laboratory trials and contribute to scale-up transfers to GMP Operations and Industrial Affairs Develop innovative automation solutions, particularly continuous manufacturing processes Manage cross-functional teams of technicians, coordinating study design, planning, execution, and results interpretation with high scientific rigor Write and supervise internal and external study documents (protocols, scientific reports, transfer reports) Collaborate effectively with Biopharmacy, Process Engineering, GMP Manufacturing, Analytics, and Chemistry teams to ensure project success Drive predictive modeling and advanced data analysis (DoE, advanced statistics) to optimize development processes About you Experience : Approximately 5 years in pharmaceutical development within the pharmaceutical industry, with expertise in solid oral dosage forms and associated equipment Technical skills : Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical engineering, process optimization, predictive modeling, and data analysis; familiarity with simulation tools, continuous processes, and automation technologies preferred Soft skills : Team-oriented with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, excellent communication and presentation abilities Education : PHD, PharmD or Master's degree with specialization in formulation Languages : Fluent in French and English (written and spoken) Why choose us?
