Le poste de Support Client consiste à assurer la satisfaction des clients utilisant les produits de l'Aircraft BU. Il s'agit de soutenir les avions déjà en service.

* Scope of activities: Work for the satisfaction of end customers operating aircraft for which the BU holds the type certificate. Respond to technical and logistical questions from end customers and network members. Analyze technical problems in coordination with technical teams. Determine and propose remedial solutions. Monitor the implementation of solutions and test them. Consolidate data in a CRM around concepts such as Fleet, Contacts, Technical Subjects, Warranty, Maintenance Programs. Participate in assessing the Service Center network. Provide answers to simple questions related to AOG (Aircraft On Ground) worldwide via two telephone numbers (TBMCare and TBMAOG). Support first-level users by requesting necessary resources. Follow customer files from incident opening to resolution and closure. Activities should be adapted for employees on work-study placements to align with their training.
* Take into account and process QSE alerts reported by staff.
* Ensure team skills through QSE training and authorizations.
* Support the development of QSE maturity within the sector.
