Your mission, roles and responsibilities

Nous recherchons notre futur(e) alternant(e) au sein de notre service technique dans le pôle automatisme/robotique.

Voici les missions qui peuvent être abordées lors de cette alternance :

Automatisme :

- Sur automate siemens/Schneider Electric et HMI siemens/proface
- Amélioration continue des programmes automates/HMI pour répondre à des problématiques qualité et production
- Soutien aux équipes maintenance pour le dépannage
- Développement de nouveaux programmes automates selon un cahier des charges
- Configuration et mise au point de système de vision
- Implication sur les nouveaux équipements entrant sur le site

Robotique :

- Sur robot ABB peinture/assemblage/soudure
- Mise au point de trajectoire
- Amélioration continue des cellules robotisées
- Réglage des systèmes de vision embarquées
- Optimisation des process (peinture/assemblage/soudure)

Digital/informatique industrielle :

- Sur ERP interne au groupe
- Liaison des automates au système informatique/ERP
- Maintien de l'ERP (configuration/dépannage)
- Déploiement de nouveaux outils digitaux informatique entre machine et système informatique
