Job Description

Position Title: Souscripteur DAB/RC - Marché Collectivités et Grandes Associations H/F

Mission: Within our Direction Entreprises Collectivités Courtage, we are recruiting a Souscripteur.trice H/F to join the Collectivités et Grandes Associations team. Your main mission will be to analyze risk to define and construct risk-taking modalities and insurance responses, ensuring compliance with the company's underwriting policy to guarantee profitability.

Specifically, based on official publications or broker requests:

* Study the specifications, assess risk quality based on provided elements and company policy, and prepare offers.
* Contribute to market knowledge and portfolio management through risk analysis, relationship development, and strategic insights.
* Maintain relationships with stakeholders (corporate officers, brokers, clients, auditors) to support and promote the company's offerings and expertise.
* Propose necessary measures and actions for portfolio monitoring, both individually and collectively.
* Use prevention tools effectively to highlight the company's offerings and improve technical results, supporting the sales network in prevention initiatives.
* Assist the sales network in presenting insurance conditions or renewals at client sites.

Accountability for Underwriting Policy at Groupama:

* Ability to accept risks after evaluation in line with company capacity and policy.
* Know when to decline risks that do not meet rules and standards.
* Record contracts and analyze risk typologies during bidding campaigns.


Candidate Profile

Minimum Bac +3 in insurance or related field, with at least 5 years of experience in underwriting Property Damage and/or Fleet insurance.

Recognized for risk assessment skills aligned with company policies, with the ability to say no when necessary. Rigor, autonomy, and excellent customer service skills are essential.
