ABOUT INITIO

About the Role

As a Content & Design Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the brand's visual storytelling. Reporting directly to the Artistic Director, you will be responsible for ideating, developing, and delivering compelling editorial and visual content that embodies the brand’s aesthetic and emotional narrative. You will be the essential link between creative ideation, design execution, and digital delivery, ensuring a seamless and impactful brand expression across all channels. This role sits at the heart of the in-house creative studio and collaborates closely with marketing, digital, and product teams to craft immersive, 360° brand experiences.


Key Responsibilities


Creative Support – Translate and develop creative briefs into innovative visual concepts and storytelling frameworks.


Content Strategy Development – Craft and implement content strategies that unify visual and editorial components, ensuring cohesive and emotionally resonant brand narratives across platforms.


Asset Production –Ensure production of content assets, including photo, video, motion, and graphic design—ensuring high-quality outputs tailored to each channel (social, digital, print, retail).

Brand Consistency – Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines in terms of tone of voice, visual identity, typography, and imagery across all consumer touchpoints: packaging, retail, social media, e-commerce, and advertising.


Digital Campaign Execution – Collaborate with the Digital Content Manager and media teams to adapt and optimize content for digital platforms. Analyze performance metrics to inform future creative decisions.


Innovation and Benchmarking – Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging platforms, and creative formats. Regularly benchmark competitors and best-in-class brands to fuel innovation and elevate brand expression.


Role-Specific Skills


Creative Vision – Strong visual culture in luxury, fashion, or beauty. Skilled in moodboarding, storytelling, and translating brand narratives into impactful content.

Design Proficiency – Expert in Adobe Creative Suite; familiarity with Figma or Canva. Basic motion design and video editing are a plus.

Project & Time Management – Skilled in handling content workflows, meeting deadlines, and managing cross-functional coordination in a fast-paced environment.

Collaborative Communication – Clear communicator with a team-oriented mindset. Comfortable working with marketing, digital, and product teams.

Attention to Detail – Strong eye for layout, typography, color, and visual consistency.

Proactive & Solution-Oriented – Self-driven, curious, and quick to take initiative with a practical approach to problem-solving.


Desired Background & Experience


- 3–5 years of experience in a similar creative or design role, ideally within the luxury, fashion, or beauty sectors

- Educational background in Design, Art Direction, Visual Communication, or Content Creation

- Understanding of UX/UI principles and their impact on content and design

- Familiarity with AI tools and their application in content creation and design workflows

- Strong portfolio demonstrating concept development, visual storytelling, and campaign execution across various media

- Experience in 360° campaign development and rollout is a strong advantage

- Fluent in French and English
