Role: Sales Manager
Salary: €80,000 to €100,000 plus package and bonus structure

Sector: Construction Equipment Manufacturing (Aerial Work Platforms/Access Equipment)
We have been selected by a major construction equipment manufacturer to search for a Sales Manager. This person is responsible for developing and executing the Group strategy across France and Germany, driving new business and working in collaboration with the relevant stakeholders to develop sales and services growth. The Sales Manager is responsible to oversee, enhance and challenge the dealer network to ensure an optimal performance.
Key focus areas;
* Sales, marketing & aftersales management.
* Dealer management.
* Rental customers.
* People management, financial reporting and budgeting, HR and administration.
* Sets up the guidelines of a comprehensive market penetration strategy.
* Recruitment – attracting new sales people into key areas of Europe for additional visibility.
What we are looking for;
* 10+ years of sales and management experience in the construction equipment manufacturing industry.
* Experience of working with Aerial Work Platforms and/or Access Equipment. (essential)
* Must have a broad contact base in the Rental Sector. (essential)
* Must have a track record of building and leading high performing sales teams.
* Working knowledge of internal CRM systems and how to develop a pipeline of business opportunities.
* Fluent in English and French or German.
