Job role: SAP Logistics Manager

Location: L’Arbresle, Lyon Area, France (5 Days Oniste)

Experience: Team Manager with SAP User experience (4 years overall experience)

Languages: French is a Must


Roles & Responsibilities:

* Manage team goal setting, achievement, and performance while supporting career progression through assignments, development needs, and training opportunities. Develop the organization by ensuring a balanced mix of skills and identifying future work areas.
* Act as Staffing Manager for all non-fixed bid demand (validate and consult with customer) and fixed-bid projects, including project management by estimating and supplying appropriate resources. Serve as Escalation Manager for all projects, overseeing ROMs, RFPs, and SOWs creation.
* Support the Client Manager in developing new business models. Continuously improve client delivery and oversee technical groups' work and overall delivery. Own the S&OP process.
* Should have hands-on experience of managing team in production environment
* Should have worked in production floor and managed mid-sized teams
* Should have worked in manufacturing/Retail sectors

Skills Requirement:

* Industry Knowledge: Beneficial experience in industries like manufacturing, retail, or pharmaceuticals.
* Team Management: Experienced in managing medium-sized teams and executing delivery plans.
* Project Management Skills: Skilled in planning, executing, and closing SAP projects is advantageous but not mandatory.
* Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Effective communication with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
* Language Fluency: Strong French skills are crucial; intermediate English skills preferred.
