About the Role

Our client, a global leader in logistics and supply chain technology, is seeking an experienced TOS Project Director to lead the delivery and deployment of Terminal and Depot Management Systems (TOS and CDMS) across international locations.

You’ll spearhead critical implementations including:

* A greenfield CDMS deployment in the Middle East
* A global TOS/CDMS replacement programme across multiple depots

This high-impact role sits at the intersection of local operations, head office strategy, and third-party tech partners—covering the full project lifecycle from planning through to post go-live.


Key Responsibilities

* Lead delivery of TOS/CDMS projects: scoping, planning, budgeting, risk, reporting
* Manage supplier performance and ensure contractual compliance
* Coordinate deployment waves globally and support local project managers
* Act as the main liaison between depots, HQ, and IT vendors
* Present regular updates and strategic reporting to C-level stakeholders
* Ensure compliance with internal IT governance and security standards


Required Experience & Skills

* 8–10 years hands-on experience delivering TOS/CDMS projects (not just upgrades)
* Proven track record of 5+ full implementations in container terminal/dry port environments
* At least 13 years of overall IT project/program management experience
* Familiarity with Gate OCR, GOS, and automation processes
* Integration experience with ERP systems (SAP EWM, Finance, Sales)
* Independent and self-driven, with strong stakeholder management across cultures
* Fluent in French and English
* Willingness to travel internationally as needed
* PMI certification (or equivalent) preferred
