Contract Analyst – Clinical Trials


France (remote flexibility available)

Full-time, permanent role


We’re looking for an experienced Contract Analyst to join a global team supporting clinical trial operations. This is a great opportunity to work in a collaborative and international environment, supporting contract negotiations and budget management for major clinical research programmes.


Key responsibilities:

* Drafting, negotiating and finalising clinical trial agreements and associated budgets
* Supporting the clinical team in the pricing, planning and execution of site and investigator contracts
* Analysing contractual terms and conditions in collaboration with global stakeholders
* Assessing legal and financial risks alongside compliance, legal, risk and privacy teams
* Ensuring alignment with fair market value standards and local pricing guidelines
* Leading or participating in budget escalations and approval discussions
* Managing the contract amendment lifecycle
* Supporting review and negotiation of confidentiality agreements, informed consent forms and other study-related documents


Ideal candidate:

* Experience in contract negotiation and/or clinical trial budgeting
* Understanding of clinical research processes and relevant regulations
* Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
* Based in France or eligible to work in the region
