SHICK ESTEVE à Rians (18), spécialiste en équipements sur-mesure pour l’industrie agroalimentaire, notamment la boulangerie, recherche un/e : Ingénieur en Innovation Process (CDI) Mission : Superviser nos essais, accompagner la R&D sur le traitement des poudres, garantir la satisfaction client, sécuriser le lancement d’innovations et renforcer notre expertise. Principales responsabilités : Optimiser la station d’essais sur site, analyser et améliorer les conditions. Réaliser ou superviser tests en laboratoire, assurer conformité et analyser les résultats. Servir de point de contact technique pour clients, commerciaux et groupes du groupe. Élaborer et améliorer protocoles et méthodologies d’essai. Profil : Ingénieur en génie des procédés ou équivalent. Connaissance des poudres et équipements, idéal dans l’agroalimentaire. Expérience en essais, R&D ou tests, avec maîtrise des méthodologies et analyse de données. Bonnes compétences en communication, autonomie, anglais opérationnel. Capacité à gérer des projets et à proposer des solutions.
