Management - Supervise, lead and coordinate the team dedicated to the production of deliverables Production - Prepare and participate in the production of deliverables (drawings, technical studies, etc.) in compliance with quality / cost / deadline quality / cost / deadline for the clients of the design entity, mainly the construction sites - Simplify the work of the field teams (companions, technicians, management) and the work of the the team - To share the working methods of its entity Contribution and sharing of experiences - Share your knowledge of the business and your knowledge of technical subjects for the benefit of peers and field teams - Continue to gain technical experience - Develop your skills in managing a team assigned to a project with a common goal Continuous improvement - Become familiar with the company's manual and implement the the Quality and Environment policy of the design office - Identify, report and make proposals to deal with the non-conformities non-conformities encountered - Participate in the feedback of the business - Propose ways to improve the SMQE JOB REQUIREMENTS (training, diploma, qualifications, etc.) Bac 2 to Bac 6 Civil engineering / Building Desired experience : 2 to 5 years First experience in the world of construction (Company, BET, MOE) ENVIRONMENT OF THE POSITION Hierarchical or functional reporting : Project Manager - Technical Studies Manager Internal relations : Team members and peers. Other teams in the entity External relations : RAS CE QUE NOUS RECHERCHONS Formation : vous êtes titulaire d'un BAC5 ou BAC2 avec une expérience équivalente. Expérience professionnelle : vous disposez d'une expérience d'au moins 8 ans minimum en c onception et mise en service de systèmes automatisés, dans le domaine de la machine spéciale. Compétences : vous maitrisez les systèmes automatisés ou la conception d’équipements électromécaniques. La connaissance des équipements de levage serait un plus. Vous avez un bon sens du relationnel et êtes capable de motiver et fédérer les équipes. Vous êtes organisé et avez le sens des responsabilités.
