As part of its development, Manutan is looking for a Pricing Manager (M/F) to strengthen the Group Pricing Department.
Reporting to the Group Pricing Director, you will fully contribute to deploy Manutan’s Pricing Strategy et operational Levers across the subsidiaries to support Group’s objectives.
Responsabilities and Missions
You help to qualify and optimize the data and analysis models required to manage our pricing actions. For this reason, you work closely with our internal and external stakeholders to strengthen the availability, collection, and use of data.
Leaning on data and ad hoc analysis models, you identify, prioritize et measure all the pricing levers to support the achievement of the Group’s et Subsidiaries objectives.
Thanks to a continuous and rigorous coordination with the subsidiaries and Group departments (Offer et Supply, Customer Marketing, Sales…), you define and ensure the proper execution of all our Pricing levers, based on the Group common standards et local business requirements.
You are a driving force in the development of tools, processes and methodologies that contribute to the operational efficiency of our Pricing management and participate in the creation of best practices and the spreading of the pricing culture within the Group.
You monitor and share the results of these initiatives, identifying, in a proactive and agile manner, all the areas for optimization and development to ensure the relevance and success of the pricing actions over the long term.
You actively participate to the development of the Pricing Culture et Communication across the Group.
We offer you the opportunity to take on different daily missions:
- Structure, maintain and guarantee the availability of the data required (market intelligence, transactional data, key indicators…) and make it workable for all your missions.
- Conduct clear, deep-dive and data-driven analysis, combining all quantitative and qualitative inputs to identify and measure pricing levers, provide reliable and relevant factual recommendations to optimize and prioritize our pricing decisions.
- Provide a continuous support to the Group et subsidiaries on their Profitability objectives.
- Monitor the performance and compliance of our pricing actions, identify areas for optimization and implement ad hoc improvement plans.
- Participate in structuring team projects aimed at strengthening our Pricing maturity and improve our daily efficiency.
Profil recherché
Key Competencies
- You have a business school or university degree and a minimum experience of 5 years in Pricing.
- You are a specialist in data analysis, demonstrate a real facility with statistical and financial calculation methods, and are particularly demanding in terms of the quality of the data used, the accuracy of the analysis and the relevance of the recommendations.
- You are fluent in English and are comfortable working in an international environment.
- You can manage several missions at the same time while respecting your commitments both in terms of the quality of deliverables and deadlines.
- You base your professional approach on the permanent improvement of your missions.
- You are a strong proposer and know how to argue and support your proposals with different internal clients.
- You are customer oriented.
- You are curious and creative.
- You are recognized for your organizational skills, your rigor, proactivity, and anticipation.
- Your ability to communicate in a concise manner and to convince are essential assets.
