Rejoignez notre équipe logistique et participez au pilotage quotidien des approvisionnements, de la gestion des stocks et de l’organisation des expéditions dans un environnement international exigeant, où réactivité, organisation et esprit d’équipe font la différence.

Vos missions

Accompagné(e) par le service logistique, vous participerez progressivement à différentes missions :

* Suivi des approvisionnements en matières premières et consommables selon le planning de production
* Passage et suivi des commandes fournisseurs
* Contrôle des délais de livraison et gestion des relances
* Participation à la gestion des stocks physiques et informatiques
* Utilisation de l’ERP pour assurer la traçabilité des flux
* Préparation et vérification des documents logistiques (bons de livraison, étiquettes palettes, etc.)
* Suivi des réceptions, expéditions et échanges avec les transporteurs
* Participation aux inventaires
* Contribution à l’amélioration continue des process logistiques
* Suivi des indicateurs de performance du service

Vous serez également sensibilisé(e) aux exigences qualité, hygiène, sécurité et environnement propres à un environnement industriel.

Profil recherché

Vous préparez une formation de niveau Bac+2 à Bac+3 en logistique, transport, supply chain ou achats / approvisionnements.

Vous êtes :

* Organisé(e)
* Rigoureux(se)
* Réactif(ve)
* A l’aise avec les outils informatiques, notamment Excel
* Capable de gérer plusieurs sujets en parallèle
* Curieux(se) et motivé(e) à apprendre un métier concret

Une première connaissance d’un ERP est un plus.

Un bon niveau d’anglais est nécessaire, notamment à l’écrit, dans le cadre des échanges liés au groupe international auquel nous appartenons.

Logistics Trainee

Are you looking for an apprenticeship that allows you to be at the heart of the flows of an international industrial activity, with real responsibilities and a concrete vision of the field?

Join our logistics team and take part in the daily management of supplies, stock control and shipment organization in a demanding international environment, where responsiveness, organization and team spirit make the difference.

Your missions

Supported by the logistics department, you will progressively participate in different missions:

• Monitoring raw material and consumable supplies according to the production schedule

• Placing and monitoring supplier orders

• Checking delivery deadlines and managing follow-ups

• Participating in physical and digital stock management

• Using the ERP system to ensure flow traceability

• Preparing and checking logistics documents (delivery notes, pallet labels, etc.)

• Monitoring receipts, shipments and exchanges with carriers

• Participating in inventories

• Contributing to the continuous improvement of logistics processes

• Monitoring department performance indicators

You will also be made aware of the quality, hygiene, safety and environmental requirements specific to an industrial environment.

Profile required

You are preparing a Bac+2 to Bac+3 level qualification in logistics, transport, supply chain or purchasing / procurement.

You are:

• Organized

• Rigorous

• Responsive

• Comfortable with IT tools, especially Excel

• Able to manage several topics simultaneously

• Curious and motivated to learn a practical profession

A first knowledge of an ERP system is a plus.

A good level of English is required, especially written English, for exchanges related to the international group we belong to.
