About the Role
Elevate your sales career with XBP Europe’s Integrated Communications Solutions (ICS) division, where innovation, technology, and customer excellence come together. As a Sales Executive, you will play a critical role in driving growth across our comprehensive portfolio of print, mail management, marketing technology, and omnichannel communication solutions.
You will be responsible for winning new business, managing complex enterprise sales cycles, and positioning XBP as a strategic partner for organisations seeking scalable, data-driven, and integrated communication solutions.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute a robust sales strategy aligned with regional solutions, service objectives, and overall business goals.
* Identify, qualify, and convert large, complex opportunities, managing the full sales lifecycle from prospecting through workshops, solution design, and proof-of-concept demonstrations.
* Acquire new logo customers in line with XBP Europe’s ICS portfolio and growth strategy.
* Drive pipeline generation through proactive business development, strategic account planning, and market engagement.
* Collaborate closely with internal sales teams and cross-functional stakeholders, including marketing, product, operations, and customer support, to deliver cohesive and customer-centric solutions.
* Monitor emerging market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to refine sales strategies and value propositions.
* Develop and maintain deep expertise in XBP’s products, services, and technological capabilities to clearly articulate value to customers.
* Use data-driven insights to track sales performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and consistently exceed revenue targets.
* Build and sustain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, retention, and repeat business.
* Demonstrate adaptability, resilience, and innovation in a fast-paced and evolving market environment.
Essential Experience & Skills
* Minimum 5+ years of experience in business development and/or direct sales, preferably within print, mail management, marketing services, or integrated communications.
* Strong understanding of both traditional and modern print solutions, including the technologies underpinning contemporary printing and communication workflows.
* Proven ability to identify customer pain points and deliver tailored solutions within the print and communications landscape.
* Demonstrated success selling print and integrated communication solutions, with a consistent record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
* In-depth knowledge of the print, mail management, and marketing industry, including emerging trends and technologies.
* Proven capability in generating new pipeline and managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles end-to-end.
* Experience working within outsourcing or managed services environments.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to simplify complex solutions for senior stakeholders.
* Strong relationship-building skills, both internally and externally, contributing to long-term business success.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while effectively prioritising competing demands.
* Proven success closing enterprise deals in the €2–5 million ACV range.
* Extensive experience selling to Fortune 500 and FTSE 100/250 organisations, demonstrating credibility in complex enterprise environments.
