Résumé du projet en français : Cette thèse s'inscrit dans le cadre du projet Européen transfrontalier PIROS piloté par l'université de Barcelone. L'objectif est de promouvoir la recherche et l'innovation dans la transition énergétique, en évaluant, intégrant et valorisant la géothermie comme source d'énergie renouvelable dans les zones de montagne transfrontalières entre l'Espagne, l'Andorre et la France. L'objectif du PIROS est de consolider les connaissances et le potentiel de ressource géothermale afin de contribuer à la généralisation de son usage, à la souveraineté énergétique et à l'atténuation du changement climatique dans les Pyrénées. Plus spécifiquement, cette étude permettra d'évaluer le potentiel géothermal de la zone d'étude grâce à la caractérisation spatio-temporellement les anomalies géothermiques récentes et actuelles en lien avec les structures tectoniques et les sources hydrothermales d'Andorre et de la vallée du Tech.

This thesis is part of the European cross-border project PIROS, led by the University of Barcelona. The aim is to promote research and innovation in the energy transition by assessing, integrating, and enhancing geothermal energy as a renewable energy source in the cross-border mountain areas between Spain, Andorra, and France. The PIROS project seeks to consolidate knowledge and the potential of geothermal resources in order to contribute to the widespread use of geothermal energy, energy sovereignty, and climate change mitigation in the Pyrenees. More specifically, this study will evaluate the geothermal potential of the study area by spatiotemporally characterizing recent and current geothermal anomalies related to tectonic structures and hydrothermal springs in Andorra and the Tech Valley.
