Reporting to the ERP division within the IT department, you will play a key role in the implementation of our new ERP system, Oracle Applications Cloud, across our American operations. You will also support existing deployments and manage user requests.

In close collaboration with cross-functional teams and our system integrator, your responsibilities will include:

- Leading and supporting ERP deployment projects
- Analyzing business needs and translating them into system functionalities
- Implementing functional and technical enhancements
- Delivering user training and documentation
- Managing and resolving user support requests
